16-Hour Outdoor First Aid Course for Remote, Wilderness & Outdoor Enthusiasts.

When you're outdoors, help isn’t always five minutes away. This nationally recognised course is built for those out in remote, rural, and wilderness settings, where you're likely to be caring for a casualty for longer than in typical urban incidents.

Whether you're leading a mountain group, coaching in the forest, or just heading off-grid, this is the course that will give you the skills and confidence to manage emergencies in the field.

This 16-hour course consists of 2 units:

Unit 1 - Outdoor Emergency Action

Unit 2 - Outdoor Incident Management

Personal coaching

If you’re looking for personalised support to help you reach your running goals, whether that’s conquering your very first 5K or preparing for an ultra-marathon, we’re here to help.
Meet Emma Page-Moore, an ultra runner, England Athletics-qualified coach, and mum of two. Her journey into long-distance running did not follow the typical script. She ran her first marathon just three weeks after meeting her now-husband, James, with absolutely no training (Not something we would recommend). However, that bold, spontaneous leap sparked a deep and lasting love of running that has shaped her life in extraordinary ways.
Over the years, Emma has taken on a wide range of challenges, from multi-day ultras to local park runs. Through it all, her passion for the sport has grown into something even bigger: a desire to help others find their own rhythm, confidence, and joy in running.
Emma is a certified Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF), with a particular interest in supporting women and other runners of all levels. Her approach to coaching is warm, inclusive, and deeply personalised. There are no off-the-shelf plans, no rigid templates, and no pressure to meet someone else’s idea of success. Just honest, practical advice tailored to you, your life, your schedule, your goals, and your idea of what a challenge looks like.
Whether you're completely new to running, returning from a break or injury, or aiming to hit a PB in your next event, Emma creates a safe and supportive space for you to grow, push yourself (when the time is right), and enjoy the journey.
Here’s what you can expect:
•  Bespoke training plans, written just for you.
•  A coach who listens, adapts, encourages and doesn’t lecture.
•  Realistic goal setting, based on your needs and lifestyle.
•  Expert support through every high, low, sprint and stumble.
If you're curious about coaching or unsure if it’s for you, please drop us a message! We’re always happy to have a no-pressure chat about your running, your goals, and whether Emma might be a good fit to help you achieve them.
The journey is yours. We’re just here to support you on the way.
